Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the ckx8 platform — they define your rights and responsibilities.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ckx8 platform and all its services. By creating a ckx8 account or using the platform, you fully accept these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To open an account on ckx8, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Multiple Accounts Prohibited: Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and the balances will be forfeited.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide completely accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
  • Identity Verification (KYC): ckx8 may at any time request a copy of your national ID card or passport for identity verification. Withdrawals may be held until this verification process is completed.
  • Voluntary Participation: Betting on ckx8 must be done entirely voluntarily and based on your own judgment.
Warning: Registration by minors (under 21) is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in legal action.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for the security and proper management of your ckx8 account. Please follow the guidelines below:

  • Password Security: Never share your login credentials (username and password) with any third party. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
  • Account Transfer Prohibited: Giving or selling your ckx8 account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
  • Third-Party Funds Prohibited: Deposits using a payment method registered in someone else's name are not allowed.
  • Account Updates: If your personal information changes (phone number, email), update your account promptly.
  • Inactive Accounts: ckx8 reserves the right to apply a maintenance fee to accounts that remain inactive for a certain period — you will be notified by email in advance in such cases.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following rules apply to financial transactions on ckx8:

Deposit:

  • Minimum deposit: ৳100 (per method).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
  • Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
  • If you experience any issues with a deposit, please contact live chat.

Withdrawal:

  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
  • Standard withdrawal time: 5 to 30 minutes.
  • Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
  • ckx8 reserves the right to review withdrawals if unusual activity is detected.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

The following conditions apply when claiming bonuses and promotional offers from ckx8:

  • Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
  • Wagering Requirement: To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager a total of 25 times the bonus amount.
  • One Bonus Per Member: The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per member.
  • Bonus Expiry: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be cancelled after the expiry date.
  • Bonus Abuse Prohibited: Using arbitrage betting or any other unfair method to exploit the bonus system is prohibited.
  • Promotional Offers: ckx8 reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
  • VIP Program: VIP members are divided into three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — with weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, 0.8%, and 1.2% respectively.
Remember: If your own funds are mixed with bonus funds, requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.

6 Betting Rules

All betting activity on ckx8 is governed by the following general rules:

  • Bets Are Final: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, though ckx8 will review cases involving technical errors.
  • Technical Issues: If a bet is left incomplete due to a server error or connection problem, ckx8 will make a decision in accordance with the applicable rules.
  • Odds Errors: If clearly incorrect odds or payouts are displayed, ckx8 reserves the right to void the affected bet.
  • Match Results: The results of sporting events will be determined in accordance with the decision of the relevant governing body.
  • Live Betting: Taking advantage of delayed updates in live betting is prohibited.
  • Responsible Betting: ckx8 encourages members to bet responsibly and provides the option to set betting limits.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities on ckx8 are strictly prohibited. If any of these prohibitions are violated, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited:

  • Fraud, cheating, or any form of dishonest activity.
  • Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
  • Using software, bots, or automated systems to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using accounts of multiple members from the same household to claim bonus benefits.
  • Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.
  • Harassment of other users or inappropriate behavior.
  • Attempting to carry out cyberattacks or hacking against ckx8.
  • Attempting to complete identity verification with false or misleading information.
Important: If prohibited activity is detected, ckx8 will be obligated to notify the relevant authorities.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ckx8 platform — including logos, trademarks, designs, software, gaming content, and text — is the exclusive property of ckx8 or its licensors.

  • Reproducing, distributing, or modifying any content without the written permission of ckx8 is prohibited.
  • No part of the platform may be used for commercial purposes.
  • Unauthorized use of the ckx8 brand name or logo will result in legal action.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

ckx8 strives to maintain the highest standard of service, however ckx8's liability is limited in the following situations:

  • Internet Connection: ckx8 is not liable for bets that are lost or missed due to problems with your internet connection.
  • Third-Party Services: ckx8 is not directly liable for delays caused by system issues with payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).
  • Betting Losses: ckx8 is not liable for financial losses from betting — this is entirely your own decision and responsibility.
Betting can be risky. Always bet within your means and follow the responsible gaming guidelines.

11 Account Closure and Suspension

ckx8 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following situations:

  • If any part of these Terms is violated.
  • If fraudulent activity is detected.
  • If the identity verification (KYC) process is not completed.
  • At the member's own request (as part of self-exclusion or responsible gaming).
  • If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

Before closing an account, ckx8 will notify the member by email, however immediate action may be taken in cases of serious violations. Any valid balance will be returned if there are no restrictions in place.

Self-Exclusion: If you feel that betting is harming you, you can contact support to request a temporary or permanent closure of your account.

12 Changes to Terms

ckx8 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the new Terms.
